We engage in a comprehensive preconstruction process to ensure our projects are set for success before the site works begins. Once engaged as your builder we oversee all aspects of the build, including any demolition work, earthworks, alterations and new construction through to handover. We manage all phases of construction and have long term partnerships with high quality contractors. Our in-house carpentry team and project management services will provide the care and attention to detail your project deserves. Throughout the project you will deal directly with the builder as the project take shape

Building and Renovations
Our experience in building and renovating includes a huge variety of structures and methods. Previous projects have included high efficiency structural insulated panels, modular and prefabricated structures, recycling and re-milling of old timbers to create bespoke joinery, conservatories and much more. A wealth of experience provides clients with creative solutions regardless of the complexity. Our new homes often feature Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems, high levels of airtightness, high performance windows and glazing, continuous insulation, along with a testing and verification process.
Project Management
The hardest part of any building project is aligning trades, contractors and materials to make sure the job stays on course. At Basus, we have a great track record of delivering projects on time. We source materials, manage contractors and plan timeframes, making sure the build is stress free for our clients.
