Our Story
The Director of Basus Build, Brendan, completed his apprenticeship building furniture in Bendigo. Brendan shifted to carpentry and joinery working with a Melbourne based architectural builder in the mid 2000’s. Since becoming a registered builder in 2015, Basus Build has gradually grown in experience and capability. Basus Build is now an accredited Master Builder and Registered Building Practitioner with the Victorian Building Authority.
We service Melbourne’s Inner West and the surrounding suburbs. We have been engaged on a variety of projects to produce , energy efficient, comfortable, healthy new home for our clients and architects. Basus Build is a certified Passive House Tradesperson with a specialisation in Building Envelope Services. Basus Build is also member of the Alternative Technology Association. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the comfort and liveability of our homes, our industry-based skills and knowledge, and homeowners experience as they work with us.
