Basus Build was engaged to lift the performance of this 1980’s brick home to withstand the varying climate in the Macedon ranges. The home’s energy efficiency was increased by installing double glazed timber windows and insulation throughout, and the house was brought up to date to create an inviting and responsive space for a young family. Working alongside the designer and our adventurous clients, we were able to create a space that embodied all the owners wishes.
“We count ourselves very lucky to have had Brendan as our builder. A lot of people have horror stories about their renovations, but ours was just so easy! Brendan has very high standards and great attention to detail. You can tell he wants the finished product to be as good as it possibly can. After nearly 4 years of living with his work we are still very happy. Thank you! “
